Division Development
The second installment in the Visionary series of workshops allows leaders to explore the concepts of creating visions and developing passion for larger audiences. This workshop concentrates on division level visions and the achievements that can be had at the large scale level.
Leaders who attend will:
- Learn hi-tech communication methods to reach entire division staffs
- Create and present compelling arguments for stretch goals
- Receive feedback from facilitators and peers
- Create a series of communications to use when they return to work
- Learn the Logical End Conclusion Theory, its application and uses
