This very unique workshop allows a new manager to explore their skills and develop a return to work plan that not only capitalizes upon their skills but helps them determine which developmental needs should be worked on first. The developmental needs are not only for the individual manager but also for their work unit as a whole.

  • Study their Myers-Briggs profile
  • Create a leadership strategy using a model for the global leadership style.

      The workshop has a unique feature of allowing the participants to do an in-depth examination of how their subordinates, peers and superiors view their performance. They compare these views to their own view “in the mirror.”
